DELTA®-MS CLEAR is a trouble-free and easy-to-install product designed especially for ICF construction. Popular with homebuilders, they recognize it as their best protection against the wet and damp conditions that can make basements unliveable and result in structural damage. This protective membrane not only stops water flow, it also controls water by allowing it to flow away.

The main features and benefits include the following:

• Translucent special high density polyethylene allows installers to see the anchor points of the I.C.F. blocks.
• Impermeable to water and water vapour.
• Air-gap allows safe separation and a full capillary break between the I.C.F. wall and any ground moisture.
