Fenplast Acquires Drummond Windows

Quebec-based Fenplast has acquired all of Drummond Windows' assets, as well as its contemporary windows manufacturing division.  "With this transaction we are fulfilling two main objectives. Associate our name with a local leader that is Drummond Windows . . . and increase our manufacturing capacity," says Jean Marchand, president of Fenplast.
