Renoworks Launches Analytics Portal

Renoworks has launched an analytics portal for dealers to gain actionable insights into their customers’ buying journey. Its analytics hub is available through the company’s visualizer platform and provides information on the customer journey once the product leaves the warehouse. The information allows the user to better manage and prioritize their leads, gain an understanding of trending products, see where customers are located, and be able to report these findings to the right stakeholders. This data enables dealers and manufacturers to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns in different dealer regions as well as track the volume of users from various sources such as direct, referral, organic, campaigns, and dealer sites. It can calculate conversion rates and provides a ‘conversions’ tab that shows the contact information of qualified leads.
