Digital Tools Create Growth

More than two-thirds of small businesses made changes to their online presence during the pandemic, with more than 40 per cent crediting the growth of their business to new eCommerce solutions, says a survey by GoDaddy. This has led to more optimism for small businesses, with 42 per cent of respondents who employ five to nine people reporting confidence in the future of their business. Digital adaptations of the last two years such as online tools and social media accounts will continue to have long term uses as 41 per cent of respondents will continue to maintain an online presence, an increase from 37 per cent from a previous survey in 2020.
