Cadillac Fairview begins residential project at CF Carrefour Laval

Cadillac Fairview (CF) has started construction on its second residential rental development in the Montréal Metropolitan Area, located at CF Carrefour Laval. The project, CF’s third major residential venture, follows similar developments in Ottawa and downtown Montréal.

The first phase includes 365 units in two towers of 20 and 11 floors, connected by a six-storey podium offering amenities like a swimming pool and community spaces. The development will feature ground-floor retail, two underground parking levels, and direct access to the shopping center.

Construction is scheduled to begin this month, with occupancy anticipated in summer 2027.

CF Carrefour Laval, celebrating its 50th anniversary, is Québec’s top-ranked retail destination, with 266 stores and a significant role in the Laval community.
