KNIPEX Tools Launches Improved Pliers Wrench

KNIPEX Tools has introduced an improved 12-inch version of its popular Pliers Wrench. The wrench is available in a chrome plated finish and a black finish. It features an increased jaw capacity from 2½ to 2??? inches, a more than 13 per cent increase from the previous model. The increased jaw capacity is due to the addition of two more adjustment positions, which gives the wrench a total of 24 different push-button adjustment positions. The product is also 10 per cent lighter than the previous model. The full pliers wrenches line is forged and oil-hardened in chrome and vanadium electric steel. Zero backlash jaw pressure prevents damage to edges and the tool’s smooth jaws are designed to prevent it from marring any workpiece surfaces, including chrome. The parallel jaws evenly distribute force for a secure grip that is 10 times the pressure applied to the handles.
