Maclab Development unveils plan for a new luxury residential project

Zen Residential Ltd. and Maclab Development Group have partnered to launch The Parks, a new high-rise residential project set to redefine luxury living in downtown Edmonton.

The Parks features a 36-story North Tower with 363 units, offering a variety of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom suites. The development is positioned on Capital Boulevard between the Legislature Grounds and MacEwan University. Each unit is equipped with advanced technology and concierge services to enhance residents’ urban experience.
