Newell Sales Decline

Newell Brands had net sales of $2.3 billion for the fourth quarter of 2022, down 18.5 per cent compared to $2.8 billion from the prior-year period. Net sales for the commercial solutions sector were $355 million, a drop of 29.4 per cent compared to $503 million in fourth quarter 2021. Gross profit for the quarter was $600 million, a decline of 28.3 per cent versus $837 million last year.
