Sidca Trading Opens Eastern Division

Coquitlam, BC-based Sidca Trading Ltd., a distributor and wholesaler of building products, will open an eastern division in Ontario. Sidca Trading (East) will complement the company’s other lumber and building material (LBM) platforms and enable it to grow its market share in eastern Canada with a physical presence on the ground. Sidca Trading was founded in 2008. In 2018, it acquired Sumas, WA-based Socco Forest Products, and in 2021, it acquired Aldergrove, BC-based Western Wood Preservers.
