Kristina Cerniglia is senior  vice-president and chief financial officer with Briggs & Stratton.  Previously, she was senior vice-president and chief financial officer  with Hillenbrand, Inc.

Paul Wood , president and CEO of Giant  Tiger, has been named ‘2022 Distinguished Canadian Retailer of the Year’  by the Retail Council of Canada (RCC). This award recognizes a retail  leader that has led their company to outstanding business success and  innovation and who has consistently demonstrated community commitment  and support.

Chris Peterson is president and chief  financial officer at Newell Brands Inc. Previously, he was chief  financial officer and president, business operations. He joined the  company in 2018.

Chris Keffer is vice-president, sales and marketing of STIHL Inc. Previously, he was president, product management, for the power tools group at Stanley Black & Decker.

Sam Wankowski is chief merchandising  officer at Walmart Canada. His career with the company began in 2003  when he joined ASDA, its former UK operations. Most recently, he was  chief operations officer.

David M. Wold is senior vice-president and  chief financial officer (CFO) at Weyerhaeuser Company. He joined the  company in 2013 and has served as vice-president and chief accounting  officer since 2019.

Charles Grégoire-Béliveau is  vice-president, merchandising at BMR Group. He has more than a decade of  experience in the renovation and hardware industry and joined BMR in  2016 as director, purchasing for corporate stores.

Doug Keeling will transition into the role  of director of business development at Castle Building Centres Group.  He has been with the group for 14 years and currently serves as business  development manager for Ontario.

Carol  Crystal is vice-president, merchandise LBM, with Home Hardware Stores  Limited. She joined the company in 2020 and was, most recently,  director, merchandise LBM.

Doug Rende is chief executive officer at  North American Specialty Laminations (NASL), a portfolio company of  private equity firm Building Industry Partners (BIP). Previously, he was  senior vice-president at Tremco Construction Products Group.

Donald Allan Jr is chief executive officer  at Stanley Black & Decker, effective July 1. Currently, he is  president and chief financial officer. He will continue as president. He  has been with the company for 23 years.

Laurent Duray is chief eCommerce officer  at Walmart Canada. He joined the company in July 2015. Prior to his  current role, he held senior positions, including vice-president of  strategy.

Antonio Di Pasquale is chief operating  officer at BMR Group. He joined the company in 2020 as vice-president,  supply chain and operational excellence.

John W. Herbert has received the ‘Global  DIY Lifetime Award 2022.’ He has been in the retail sector since 1956  and in the home improvement and DIY retailing industry since 1983. He is  currently general secretary of the European DIY Retail Association  (EDRA) and the Global Home Improvement Network (GHIN). He is also  co-founder and chairman of the ‘Global DIY Summit,’ a global networking  event for retailers and manufacturers in the home improvement and garden  industry. Herbert received the award from EDRA, GHIN, and the Home  Improvement Manufacturers Association (HIMA), for his contribution to  the industry and bringing together the international community of home  improvement.

John T. Krause is senior vice-president  and general manager, North America at JELD-WEN Holding, Inc. He has been  with the company since 2018.

Joe Gette is vice-president, deputy  general counsel and secretary at PPG. He joined the company in 2005 and  worked most recently as assistant general counsel, mergers and  acquisitions, and securities.

John  Bayliss is executive vice-president, transformation officer at Walmart  Canada. In this newly-created role, he is driving the strategy,  innovation, corporate development, new store format, real estate, and  transformation agenda. Previously, he was senior vice-president of  logistics and supply chain.

Nabeela Ixtabalan is chief operations  officer for Walmart Canada. She joined the retailer in 2020 as executive  vice-president, people and corporate affairs, following an extensive  career in retail working for major brands such as Starbucks and IKEA in  the U.S., Canada, and Europe.
