In this new role, she will be responsible for its overall commercial strategy with a focus on driving business growth and expanding market share. Candace Woods is vice-president, marketing and digital, at Wolseley Canada. She has more than 20 years of experience in consumer-packaged goods and retail marketing, most recently at Metro, where she was head of marketing for both conventional and discount format banners in Ontario.

Audrey Poirier-Lemay is senior director, agrizone, with BMR Group. She joined the company in 2011 and worked most recently as director of agrizone.

Tim Moore is adhesive specialist for Washington, OR, and western Canada with Bona US. He has over 30 years of experience in the wood flooring and construction industry.

Melanie Beatty is director, eCommerce with Home Hardware Stores Limited. She joined the company in 2004 and has played an integral role in leading the digital roadmap for its eCommerce strategy.

Ashley Amidon is executive director of the International Wood Products Association (IWPA). She returns after serving in a previous role as the organization’s lobbyist and PAC director. She comes from the National Pest Management Association where she was vice-president of public policy.
